Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Your estimates are yours
RenoLog builds estimates from your own price book and your own rates. It does not decide what a job is worth — you do.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate before you send it to a customer.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the rates in your own price book.
- You are responsible for the commercial outcome of any job you quote, including any job you win or lose on the strength of an estimate produced here.
- When RenoLog can't match something you said to a rate in your price book, it flags the line and shows it to you instead of guessing a number.
RenoLog is a tool, not an estimator of record. The final numbers, and the decision to send them, are always the contractor's.
2. The service
RenoLog is voice-to-estimate software. You describe a job out loud, RenoLog transcribes it, matches what you said to your price book, and produces a priced, branded estimate with a customer copy and an internal copy. The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Accounts
One account is for one business. Please give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for anything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. Subscription and cancellation
- RenoLog costs $49 CAD per month after any trial or early-access period.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- After cancellation your account becomes read-only: your price book and past quotes stay viewable and exportable, but you can't create new estimates.
- We delete your data on request, or after 12 months of account inactivity, whichever comes first.
5. Acceptable use
Use RenoLog for your own contracting business. Don't resell or share access, don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to RenoLog is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost jobs, or losses arising from an estimate that was sent to a customer.
7. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. If we change these terms, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
